About the Speakers:
Lauren Groh-Wargo is a top political strategist, executive, fighter for economic justice, and key leader in shaping the emerging Democratic wave in the South. Most recently, she served as the campaign manager for Stacey Abrams for Governor, a campaign that placed the first African American woman on the ballot for governor from a major party in US history. Spurred by the voting irregularities in Georgia and across the country, Groh-Wargo is now the CEO of Fair Fight Action, which focuses on electoral integrity and reform.
Marc Elias is the founder of Democracy Docket and Partner at Elias Law Group, Marc is a nationally recognized authority in voting rights, redistricting and law. In 2020, Marc led the historic legal effort to protect voting rights, winning over 60 lawsuits in efforts to suppress the vote. As aggressive challenges to voting continue, Marc keeps fighting back in court.
